How to order plates
1. Send us a message with your registration number and we can send over a document with all the different options and prices
2. Choose your preferred plate type and let us know. Wether it is a road legal set or a set of show plates you would like, we can help with either. (If you would like road legal plates we do require a photo of your V5C or Retention Document, aswell as your ID with the same name as on the document.)
3. We take payment and arrange for your plates to be made up.
4. Your plates are now ready, we will contact you and let you know. The plates can be collected from us, or posted to you for the cost of shipping.
5. We would love to see a photo of the plates once fitted to the car!
FAQ's
Q. Do you need proof of ownership to make a road legal plate?
A. Yes, for the road legal plates we do need proof of ownership, such as a photo of your V5c or Retention Document, as well as a photo of your ID. However, we don't need this for the show plates.
Q. Can you make oversized plates, for an older Jaguar or Range Rover for example
A. Yes, we also offer oversized plates and we have had some great feedback from customers in the past for these.
Q. Can I order just one number plate?
A. Yes, we can do single plates, for 50% of the cost of a set, This is perfect for trailers for example, or to replace damaged existing plates.
Q. How much do your replacement number plates cost?
A. We offer a range of different plate options, if you get in touch we can send you over the price list including all of the different ones we offer.
Q. Can I collect my number plates from Appleby?
A. Yes, the plates can be collected from us at Appleby, Cumbria. However, if you are further away and would prefer them posted to you directly, we can do this too. Covering anywhere in UK and NI.
Q. Can I have a 3D/4D style number plate?
A. Yes, we offer both 3D and 4D options, as well as other styles, such as Bevel Plates, Shadow Plates, Ghost Plates / 4D Border and Show Plates such as Printed Metros and Gel / Acrylic Metros.
Q. Do you do tinted plates
A. Yes, we offer tinted plates, as well as faded tint and dark faded tint.
Q.Can you make plates up there and then for same day collection.
A. Unfortunately we don't offer same day collection, but we can always try to get them made up for you as fast as we can.
